Creative Content Manager

Position Highlights:

✅ Min 3 years creative content experience and team management required

✅ Salary range: RM4,500 – RM5,500 (depending on experience)

✅ Work location: SS15, Subang Jaya

✅ 4 + 1 days hybrid working (upon confirmation)

✅ Lead and manage the content creation team

✅ To plan, oversee, and execute social media content across digital platforms

✅ Drive the creative direction to ensure brand consistency of videos, graphic and content

✅ Generate a steady stream of content ideas and execute them from start to finish.

✅ Conceptualize and create compelling shortform videos that align with client objectives.

✅ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on social media platforms and incorporate these trends into content

✅ Close collaboration with performance marketing team to align content with intended objectives

✅ Close monitoring and regular analysis of content performance

✅ Ensure all content is produced to a high standard, adheres to brand guidelines, and is optimized for platform-specific requirements.

💡 Proven experience in content creative and creative team management (>3 years experiences preferred)

💡 Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills

💡 Strong portfolio (in particular, video and branded content)

💡 Proficiency in CapCut is a must, familiarity in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar is an added advantage.

💡 Proficiency in the technical aspects of video production, including lighting and sound.

💡 Strong creative vision with an ability to produce original content ideas

💡 Keen awareness of social media trends and best practices.

💡 Must be fluent in English, Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage

💡 Detail oriented and have good time management skills to complete tasks and projects
