✅ Generate a steady stream of content ideas and execute them from start to finish
✅ Conceptualize and create compelling shortform videos that align with client objectives
✅ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on social media platforms and incorporate these trends into content
✅ Work closely with the performance marketing team
✅ Regularly analyze the performance of video content using platform analytics
✅ Ensure all content is produced to a high standard, adheres to brand guidelines, and is optimized for platform-specific requirements
💡 At least 1 year experience in creating engaging video content, particularly shortform videos
💡 Proficiency in CapCut is a must, familiarity in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar is an added advantage
💡 Understanding of the technical aspects of video production, including lighting and sound
💡 Strong creative vision with an ability to produce original content ideas
💡 Keen awareness of social media trends and best practices
💡 Must be fluent in English, Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage
💡 Detail oriented and have good time management skills to complete tasks and projects
