Job responsibilities & requirements

Responsibilities

✅ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication on a day-to-day basis. This involves understanding client needs, providing strategic recommendations, and maintaining transparency over campaign progress and results.

✅ Lead and manage all digital advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, from conceptualization to execution, while adhering to Zapeus’s campaign management protocols.

✅ Continuously test and optimize ads, targeting options, and ad creatives to ensure the highest ROI for clients

✅ Oversee the deliverables, project assignment, and workload of digital marketing executives to make sure that tasks and deadlines are met

✅ Promote teamwork and collaboration across projects, and support the team in overcoming challenges to ensure that all campaigns are delivered with excellence

✅ Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization strategies, ensuring continuous improvement in campaign performance in line with Zapeus methodologies.

✅ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in social media platforms and advertising algorithms, incorporating best practices into Zapeus campaigns to maintain a competitive edge.

✅ Collaborate with other team members to integrate digital marketing with overall marketing and business strategies, ensuring seamless execution and coherence with Zapeus’s broader goals.

✅ Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate, guiding both the Zapeus team and clients towards innovative solutions and strategies.

Requirements

💡 Must be fluent in English; Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage

💡 Education in Marketing or related field

💡 At least 3 years experience in digital marketing, specifically with expertise in Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads

💡 Knowledge or exposure in other SocMed platforms will be an added advantage

💡 Strong understanding of Google Analytics and web traffic metrics

💡 Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage a budget efficiently

💡 Detail-oriented and have good time management skills to complete tasks and projects

💡 Adept at problem solving and analytical thinking, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to making data-driven decisions

💡 Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced industry, with a willingness to continuously learn and embrace digital marketing trends and technologies

💡 Excellent interpersonal skills to mentor and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
